We know a lot about what to expect from the new “Daredevil” reboot, and now we know a little more about what the cast is going to look like, which means the first two episodes of “Downtown” will have the same look and feel as the first season of the show.
Check out the new photo below, and you can see a lot of familiar faces.
We know that the two seasons of “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” will return to Marvel’s cinematic universe with the first “Darkside” film, which will be set during the early days of the “Civil War” conflict.
In the wake of the first film, director Joe Johnston told EW he was hoping to bring the cast back together for the second one, but at this point, the director’s comments are pretty vague.
He also mentioned that they were aiming to return the “Captain Americas” to a more grounded superhero-centric tone, which is what Johnston had been hinting at earlier this year.
If we are going to get the same “Dancing With the Stars”-esque look and experience of the characters from “Dance With the Devil,” the first three episodes of the reboot are going in the right direction.
The first two scenes are already being shot, and director Johnston has already shown us a bit of the new costume design he wants to show us.
The next three episodes are set in a different city, but we have a feeling that we will see more of the same as well.
It’s safe to assume that we’ll see some of the faces we know from the first series, but that will be about it.
The second half of the season will be filmed in Los Angeles, and the third will be in the San Fernando Valley, which Johnston says will bring a lot more action to the show and will allow for more dramatic scenes.
The third season will also be the first Marvel Cinematic Universe movie to star the likes of Scarlett Johansson and Jesse Eisenberg, so hopefully we won’t have to wait until the “Avengers: Infinity War” sequel to see more.
Check out the photos below, but keep an eye out on IGN as we learn more.
“DARKSTORM” will premiere March 17, 2018.
