In an interview with Hacker News, Ananglesay Property Technology’s cofounder and CEO, Mark Purdy, said that the company’s focus is on getting people to sign up for its service, not the job itself.
“When we see people looking for a job, we’re looking for that first sign of a job.
If someone’s looking for the job, then they’re looking to fill out a job application.
So it’s not about what you’re looking at,” Purdy said.
“We’ve got a whole team that’s looking at people that want to join the company and we’re always looking to expand that to other categories of people.”
Ananglesy Property Technology uses a service called Connecting to Connect which allows people to connect with their friends via Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or other social media.
When people do that, Purdy explained, they can then see jobs on Ananglesys’ website.
When someone signs up, they get an email saying that they’ve been hired.
“If you’re like, ‘I’ve got nothing to do, so I’m going to go to LinkedIn and start working there.’
Then you’re going to have that same email message coming from us,” Puddle explained.
“And you’re gonna be like, oh wow, it’s a good opportunity to work with a real company.
That’s exactly what we do.”
Purdy’s comments come as the housing market continues to rebound.
According to the National Association of Realtors, the median price of a single-family home is up almost 25 percent this year.
This makes it difficult for many people to afford to buy a home in the middle of the housing bubble.
And while some people might think that the boom in property prices is over, Puddle says that’s not the case.
“It’s just the bubble,” Puddys said.
In addition to property tech companies, Anatsys has been in business for more than 40 years.
“The company was started in the 1970s as a computer software company.
I think that was in the 1980s, it was really just the beginning,” Puddy explained.
Anatsy was founded by Purdy and his partner, David Ritchie, who also founded Ananglesie Property Technology.
The two men started the company out of a desire to do something for their customers.
“I think the company was really about helping people,” Puddled said.
While many companies have moved away from offering software development services, Anatesys continues to focus on building software that is useful for real estate agents, property managers, and real estate professionals.
“You know, it might be a little bit harder to get a job with a computer company, but we do things in the real world,” Puffy said.
